Fees, payment terms, and delivery timelines will be agreed before work begins.

  • GST is applied where required

  • Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, including any deposit or upfront payment

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • You retain ownership of your website content once full payment has been made

  • Just Websites retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, templates, workflows, or processes used to deliver the services

You may not reuse, resell, or distribute any proprietary materials belonging to Just Websites without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, Just Websites will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our services.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.

8. Warranties and guarantees

While reasonable care is taken in delivering our services, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, search engine rankings, traffic levels, or commercial results.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement at any time.

Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable, and any payments already made are non-refundable.
